Package Delivery
As a general rule, the packages are shipped within 48 hours after reception of the payment, shipped via UPS with tracking number and without signature. If you wish the registered post via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before request this option. Whatever the shipping process that you choose, we provide a link so you can follow step by step your package online.
Shipping cost includes handling and packaging cost more postal charges. Handling cost has a fixed price, while transport cost can change according the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in the same booking. It is not possible combine sales orders, shipping cost are applied for each of the package. We are not responsible for any damages which may occur after the shipment carried, but we will do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large; your items will be well conditioned.
